The shareholders of Spike Brokers have appointed Andriy Selepey as the new CEO and approved a new company development strategy. Oleksandr Solovey, the former CEO of the company, has transitioned to the role of Chief Commercial Officer. It’s worth noting that they both are co-founders, partners, and shareholders of the brokerage company.

The founders of Spike Brokers bring diverse managerial and business experiences, yet they share a common aspiration to develop the brokerage company and its services for clients. Over the course of three years, Spike Brokers has successfully executed 1438 agreements for the sale of agricultural products involving 159 Ukrainian farmers in 12 European countries. Today, the company has become a leader in the brokerage market of Ukraine, offering its clients a comprehensive range of trading, logistical, and financial solutions. The company helps establish new sales channels for Ukrainian producers, facilitates logistic freight services, and ensures quality support for agreements between sellers and buyers of Ukrainian agricultural products.

Spike Brokers’ strategic plans include fostering a brokerage culture in Ukraine, maintaining leadership positions in the market, developing new services, and expanding to new international markets.
